What’s new

Everything we’ve shipped, newest first. Questions about any of it? The Help Center has the details.

Returns distribution in points

New
  • The Returns distribution chart in Performance depth now has a switch: % shows each trade's result against the balance it risked, as before, and Points shows how far price moved for or against the trade — before lot size and costs.
  • Points show the targets and stops a strategy really works to. A tight cluster is the signature of a scalper; a long right tail is a trend-follower letting winners run. The average win and average loss are marked in points too.
  • A point is a different size on each symbol, so the Points view has a symbol picker. It opens on the most-traded symbol, shows how many trades each one has, and All symbols puts them back together.
  • Account and portfolio pages both have the switch. On phones the chart's legend no longer runs past the bottom of the card.

Activate button: the connector only reports accounts you switch on

New
  • The first time Pulse, our MetaTrader connector, runs on a chart, it now shows a green Activate ConfirmedTrades button under its panel. Press it once and the account appears on your dashboard. Nothing is sent before you press it, so a copy left running on a forgotten chart can't start a record you never asked for.
  • Archiving or deleting an account now switches its connector off completely. At its next check Pulse is told, and from then on it makes no contact at all — even after MetaTrader restarts — until you press Activate again. A chart left open on an old VPS can no longer keep reporting an account you have closed.
  • To resume an archived account, set it back to Active and press Activate on the chart; Pulse catches up on every trade it missed. Pressing Activate for a deleted account adds it again as a new account, and its worst drawdown on record carries over.
  • The strip under the panel names the account and says what that copy does: Heartbeat + Updates, Updates only or Heartbeat only. On small charts the strip moves beside the panel so it is always visible.
  • Update Pulse from your account's Connection settings to get the button. Copies already running keep working as before.

Open time and close time in trade records

Improved
  • The Closed trades table now shows when each position was opened as well as when it closed, in the order the MetaTrader History tab uses: open time first, then symbol, type, lot and open price, then close time beside the close price.
  • The column that used to be called Date was always the close time. It is now named Close time and sits next to the close price. Wherever the Date column was shown, Open time has been switched on too — either can be unticked in the column settings.
  • Both time columns follow the same format you choose: date only, with hours and minutes, or with seconds. For a cancelled pending order, Open time is when it was placed and Close time is when it was cancelled.

Archive an account you have finished with

New
  • Your Accounts list now has an Active tab and an Archived tab. Archive an account from its row menu when you are done with it — an expired demo, a finished challenge, a broker you have left — and it stops doing everything: it stops syncing, its page closes, and it leaves your lists, the rankings and search.
  • Nothing is deleted. Every trade, deposit and withdrawal stays exactly where it was, and Set back to Active brings the account back whenever you want it. It returns Private, so an account never goes back online on its own — you choose when to publish it again.
  • If the account belongs to a portfolio it keeps its place there but stops counting while it is archived, and joins the totals again when you set it back to Active. You are told which portfolios are affected before you archive.
  • You will not be told an archived account has stopped reporting, because that is what you asked it to do.

Money flow and Finance records are now one section

Improved
  • The account page used to carry two money cards one above the other, and both printed the same deposits and withdrawals. They are now a single Finance records section: the totals once, then the movements that make them up.
  • The list opens with the five most recent movements and a link to show the rest. Before this it stopped at fifty with no way to reach what came earlier, so an account whose broker books a small charge every few days could hide its own opening deposit.
  • Deposits and withdrawals that your broker records in a way the connector cannot carry can now be added to an account's record, so the balance curve and every figure drawn from it stay true to the account.

Share by Link and Share by Invitation, each with its own view

New
  • Every account and portfolio now has a Public switch and two independent share doors. Share by Link gives you a link with a short code on the end: anyone holding it opens the page without signing in, and Reset kills every copy at once. Share by Invitation opens the page to the members you name by User ID, once they sign in.
  • Each door shows a view of its own. The Link view and the Invitation view start as copies of the public view and are set with exactly the same controls, so you can show a prospect the full trade records by link while the public sees a summary. Neither door lists the page anywhere or lets search engines index it.
  • The Shares tab in your dashboard manages all of it in one place: every account and portfolio with its three doors, what other members have shared with you, and who you have invited. The Shares chip beside the Public chip on each page opens the same controls.
  • Unlisted has become Share by Link with Public off; every link already shared keeps working.

Shared accounts and portfolios, and a Friends page

New
  • A fourth visibility state: Shared. Set an account or portfolio to Shared and name the people who may open it by their User ID. Only they can open it, only while signed in, and the page stays out of rankings, explore, search and the sitemaps. They see exactly what any visitor would see, so your privacy settings still apply.
  • A Friends page in your dashboard shows both directions: what other members have shared with you, and who can open what you have shared. Every row can be removed from either side, and access ends on that person's next click.
  • If the person you add has switched on the matching notification, they are told on their own channel when you share something with them.

Faster account pages on long histories

Improved
  • Accounts with a very dense equity history now draw the same growth chart from a summarised series instead of sending every recorded point, which cuts both the wait and the page weight substantially. Accounts of ordinary size are unchanged.

Site search, broker clock note and a Date column choice

New
  • Site search: one box on the Tools page searches every public page — rankings and explore listings, guides, the Help Center, calculators, the changelog and the policies — with an advanced mode for exact phrases and per-area filters.
  • Trade records now say which clock they are on: every account is shown on UTC+2/+3, the common MetaTrader server time, whatever the broker's own clock. A new guide explains the UTC+2/+3 and UTC+0 broker conventions and lists the daylight-saving switch dates from 2020 to 2027.
  • The Date column in the trade tables is a choice rather than a tick: no date, date only, date with HH:MM, or date with HH:MM:SS. The public default is the date alone; on your own page the time shows to the second.

Korean, Hindi, Italian and Polish

Improved
  • ConfirmedTrades now reads in sixteen languages. Korean, Hindi, Italian and Polish join the twelve already live — every page, all 53 guides, the Help Center and this changelog — each translated and then checked by a separate native reviewer, with product terms held to the same words the interface uses.
  • Pick a language from the header; the choice is remembered, and every public page has its own address per language so search engines can find the right one.

A third rung on the trust ladder, icons, and slippage in plain words

Improved
  • The trust ladder on the home page now shows all three rungs: live-synced, broker-verified and, on top, trading privileges — the check that proves the person publishing a record actually controls the account. Each rung and each feature card carries an icon.
  • Slippage is now written as words, not a sign: “3.2 pts worse” or “1.1 pts better” than the price that was set. The stored figures are unchanged; only the display is, so nothing a seller has quoted from a page has moved.
  • The guides and Help Center were checked line by line against the product and corrected where they had drifted: the drawdown ledger is in Money flow, the Score pillars are Risk control and Trust, sync runs every 15 minutes on Starter and every minute on the Founder tier, and the privacy guide describes the switches that actually exist.

Loaded and Created dates in your lists

Improved
  • Your accounts list has a Loaded column: the date an account was first loaded into ConfirmedTrades, which for a connected account is the date it first synced. It is the same date the account page shows as Profile loaded under Activity & timing.
  • Your portfolios list has a Created column. Both sort, and both can be switched off from the Display menu like any other column.

Broker credit is no longer counted as balance

Fixed
  • An account carrying broker credit or a bonus was counting it twice — once inside the balance, and again as floating profit on open trades. An account funded with $300 that received a $300 bonus showed a $600 balance, $900 equity and $300 of floating profit without a single trade open.
  • Credit and bonus now sit where the trading platform itself puts them: outside the balance. Equity is balance plus credit plus the profit on open trades, and each is shown on its own row, so an account holding credit adds up. The account in the example now shows a $300 balance, $300 of credit, $600 equity and $0 floating.
  • Deposits and time-weighted return were already right and have not moved — credit has never counted as deposited capital, and time-weighted return ignores funding by design.

Reality factor, and a monthly view of risk

Improved
  • The Score now ends with a Reality factor: a real-money account keeps its full score, a demo or contest account is halved. A flawless demo record proves something different from trading real money, so the whole score is scaled rather than one part being docked.
  • The Risk Lab gained a monthly Value at Risk — the loss a month would not exceed 95% of the time — simulated from the account's own trading days in contiguous blocks, so bad days stay clustered as they really are. Alongside it, how far the strategy would be scaled to meet a fixed 10%-a-month risk limit.
  • Spread and slippage figures gained a p98 column, the deepest level the samples still describe honestly. The connector now samples the spread every second instead of every five seconds.

Monthly performance cards, and share links that show the right widget

Improved
  • A portfolio's Account cards widget now shows each account's return for ONE month — pick the month and year, or a whole year. The period is named across the top, so nobody can mistake a single month's figure for a lifetime record.
  • An account with no closed trade in the chosen period says “no trades” instead of showing 0%, which would have read as breaking even.
  • Sharing a page link to Telegram, Discord or X now previews the widget you actually picked, at the right shape for the platform, and still opens the page so a reader can tap through to the record.
  • Every widget now has copyable links, including the two live-table embeds.

Founder series thresholds

Improved
  • The community ranks now need more friends: Pioneer at 5, Founder at 10, Luminary at 20.

ConfirmedTrades is live

New
  • Connect a MetaTrader 4 or 5 account and your closed trades, deposits and equity stream in on their own — nothing is typed in, and nothing can be edited after the fact.
  • Every account carries a trust label so a reader knows what it is worth — a ladder of three rungs: live-synced straight from the terminal, independently broker-verified at the broker itself, and trading privileges on top.
  • A separate trading-privileges check proves the owner really controls the account, by placing a harmless pending order carrying a one-off code.
  • The heartbeat shows whether the system behind a record is running right now — not just how it did last year — and tells the owner the moment it stops.
  • A 0–100 Score built from profitability, risk control, consistency, longevity and trust, so systems compare on merit rather than on marketing.
  • Execution quality in points: spread by hour and slippage split by order type, because a strategy that cannot survive your broker's costs will not transfer.
  • Risk Lab — Monte Carlo, risk of ruin, value at risk and Kelly sizing — plus excursion charts showing how much of each trade's peak was actually kept.
  • Portfolios group several accounts into one combined record, with embeddable widgets and public pages you can share or turn off.
  • Compare puts your accounts side by side with those of traders you follow, time-weighted so a small account and a large one are judged evenly.
  • Everything is free. Extra capacity and the advanced tools are earned by helping other traders find the site, never bought.

Keep track of what you are watching

New
  • One heart, three things: follow a trader to get everything they run, save a single account when you only want one strategy, or favorite a portfolio.
  • They all collect on the Likes page, so what you are watching is never split across the site.

Guides you can actually read

New
  • Over fifty guides covering verification, metrics, broker costs, strategy types and due diligence before buying an EA.
  • Dozens of diagrams drawn to match your light or dark theme — drawdown, Monte Carlo, excursion, slippage by order type, and the shapes that give a martingale or grid away.
  • A Help Center and an assistant that answers from those guides, plus free calculators for position size, risk of ruin and more.
